Much of his career was spent providing strategy, planning and full execution of reward and recognition programs for major national and global brands such as Sharp Electronics, Sony, Panasonic, Snapple Beverages, Congoleum, Subaru, WURTH USA, Baume et Mercier, Montblanc, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and many other market leaders.
Programs were designed to both reward immediate performance as well as encourage long term retention by creating a rewarding and positive work environment that recognized solid work habits and positive results.
