Wednesday, August 12, 2020, the Hillsdale Career Networking Group presents an Executive Panel Discussion every year at our August meeting. The agenda is simple. We don’t do our normal presentations, but, instead, several ‘C’ level executives take questions that our members have submitted in advance about any and all aspects of the recruiting process. It is always our most popular and well-attended meeting (you may recall that last year, we squeezed over 160 people into our St. John’s meeting room) and, despite some dramatically different logistics this year, we are excited to be able to conduct this meeting again on Wednesday, August 12.There are two very important things I specifically want to highlight in this note:First, I am delighted to report that we will be conducting this call via Zoom. The meeting ID and passcode will be distributed in advance of the meeting. We are very optimistic about the quality of the tool and we’re looking forward to far fewer technical issues this month.Second, and most important, we need your questions! The primary value of a meeting like this is that the executives will address issues that are on YOUR minds. Any question on any topic related to the job search process is fair game. Feel free to ask ANYTHING about ANYTHING that bothers you. We’ll collect your questions in the same way we always have. Send me whatever questions you have on any topic. Multiple questions are fine. I will organize all the questions into general categories to help facilitate a cohesive discussion and we will distribute them to our speakers for their review a few days ahead of the meeting. In order to give me time to organize the questions and send them out to our panelists, please send me your questions NO LATER THAN MONDAY, AUGUST 3. We look forward to speaking with you on August 12. If anyone has any questions, please let me know. Thanks.Gary Gabacciaggabaccia@gmail.com
